1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the lawak4d platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated on this page. If you do not agree with any of the terms below, you are required to discontinue use of lawak4d services immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operators of the lawak4d platform. Continued use of the service following any updates to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use this platform's services in any form.
The lawak4d platform reserves the right to deny access or suspend the accounts of users found to have provided false information during registration, including false declarations of age or identity. All of these terms apply without exception to all users within Indonesia.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the lawak4d platform. Account registration requires users to provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information, including their full name, active phone number, and a valid email address. Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account.
lawak4d is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to keep their login information secure. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately. Identity verification may be required before account access can be restored.
Users are prohibited from transferring, selling, or giving their account to another party under any circumstances. Accounts detected as being shared or used by multiple individuals may be suspended without prior notice.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users are required to use lawak4d services in accordance with applicable laws in Indonesia and are not permitted to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activities. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software to access the service will result in permanent account suspension.
Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, including all bets placed and transactions carried out. lawak4d does not provide refunds for bets that have been confirmed and settled. Any complaints regarding game results must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident in order to be reviewed by our team.
Users must also ensure that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of a third party's bank account or digital wallet to make deposits or withdrawals is not permitted and may result in the account balance being frozen until verification is completed.
4. Payment and Transaction Information (IDR)
All transactions on the lawak4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is involved in the deposit or withdrawal process. Supported payment methods include transfers to major Indonesian bank accounts (such as BCA, Mandiri, BNI, and BRI), as well as commonly used digital wallets in Indonesia such as GoPay and Dana.
The minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change at any time in accordance with platform policy and may vary depending on the selected payment method. Transaction processing times vary; deposits are generally processed shortly after bank confirmation, while withdrawals may take longer depending on internal verification procedures and the processing schedule of the relevant bank.
lawak4d reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these terms. All transaction fees charged by banks or digital wallet providers are the responsibility of the user, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the platform under a specific promotional program.
5. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure
lawak4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of these Terms & Conditions is proven to have occurred. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts, misusing bonuses or promotions, using false identity information, engaging in fraudulent activity, or attempting to hack the platform's systems.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the lawak4d support team via the available email address. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with standard verification procedures before it can be withdrawn. Accounts closed due to violations are not entitled to a refund of any existing balance.
Users whose accounts have been suspended due to an alleged violation have the right to submit an appeal within 7 business days from the date of the suspension notice. The appeal process is handled through the support email channel, and the final decision rests solely with the platform management.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Limitation of Liability
All content on the lawak4d platform — including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the intellectual property of the platform management and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from the management.
lawak4d is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an (as is) basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted service availability.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. lawak4d has no control over the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for their accuracy, security, or privacy policies. Visiting any third-party links is done entirely at the user's own risk.
7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
lawak4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without any obligation to provide individual notice to each user. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page with the date of the update clearly indicated. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Continued use of lawak4d services after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to stop using the services and close your account in accordance with the applicable procedure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through deliberation, and if no agreement is reached, through the applicable legal mechanisms in Indonesia.
